These achievements recognise the progress the business is making through sustained investment in our manufacturing footprint, improved efficiency and capability across pork, poultry and meals, and a strong pipeline of talent to support our next phase of growth. These investments are enabling innovation at scale, while strengthening long-term partnerships with our customers and farmers.
A special shout out our Future Talent Award winner, Heather Grealy, whose progression from Commercial Graduate to Senior Brand Manager on Richmond in just four years reflects the depth of talent we're building.
